TavraxTools is a collection of sixty free online tools for the small calculations, conversions and jobs that come up in everyday life and work: loans and mortgages, BMI and calories, percentages and dates, QR codes and passwords, image compression, SEO helpers, paint and fuel costs, and more. They are grouped into eight categories and explained in plain language, with worked examples, reference tables and links to the sources behind each formula.

Why we built it
Many calculator sites hide the method behind a button, ask you to sign up, or send what you type to a server. We wanted tools that give an answer as you type, show the working, and keep your numbers on your own device. Every page explains what the number means and where it comes from, so you can judge whether it fits your situation.
How the tools are built and checked
Each tool is based on a published formula or standard, and the page names it. Worked examples on each page are calculated by code with the same math as the tool. Before every release, more than a thousand automated checks compare results with independent reference values, and the image tools are tested in a real browser engine with generated pictures. The details are on our how we test page, including a log of corrections we have made.
How the pages are written
Pages are drafted with the help of AI writing tools and then checked: every number, formula and worked example is verified against independent references, and the publisher reviews and updates pages when standards or search-engine rules change. We do this to explain things clearly and consistently, and we do not publish pages whose facts we have not been able to check.
Health, money and safety
Where a tool involves money or health, we say clearly what it can and cannot tell you. Estimates are useful for planning, but they do not replace advice from a qualified professional. Read our disclaimer for details.
Fast and private
The tools run entirely in your browser. When you type a loan amount, paste text, generate a password or open a photo, that data is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers. The pages are light, use no tracking of the numbers you enter, and work on phones, tablets and computers.
How the site is funded
The tools are free to use. To cover hosting and the time it takes to keep them accurate, the site may show advertising. Ads are always labeled and kept separate from results, and they never change what a calculator shows. Our privacy policy explains how advertising cookies work and what choices you have.
